Basically, we are creating a dope ass group of creator friends that sell their goods for the greater good! Our goal is to raise money for causes we care about and build a community of really amazing artists who support one another.We have 3 organizations picked out and our hope is to change them seasonally to contribute to as many causes as we can. You, as the creator, get to choose from the organizations to decide where the money goes and what percentage of the proceeds get donated.
Give BackGiving back is at the core of everything we do. At Featuring, creators have the opportunity to create artwork that actively gives back to incredible organizations and charities that we highlight, and periodically rotate. If you have an organization that you’d like to donate to that isn’t on our list, please share it with us! We’re more than open to adding them to our roster as long as they align with our mission. The creators within our community donate however many pieces they want to our platform, and a percentage of the proceeds from those pieces go to our partner charities and organizations.ConnectionSomething we’re excited about is the potential that comes when you connect like minded people together. Collaborations, idea sharing, receiving advice from fellow creators, and building a supportive and dynamic community gets us JAZZED. Beyond creative growth, Featuring aims to encourage open conversations about current events to help us become stronger allies, better support systems, and more informed communicators.Growth OpportunityCreators within our community are dedicated to our mission, and are encouraged to post on their social media platforms about our pieces that we’re selling. This will increase the likelihood that your pieces will be sold, allowing more money to go towards meaningful movements. This will increase your visibility amongst other platforms, connect you to other creatives with like-minded or differing ideas, and provide ways to continuously learn and collaborate. Word of mouth is powerful, and each creator, regardless of how big their following is, makes the commitment to actively participate in lifting each other up!
